Common use of Owned Property Clause in Contracts

Owned Property. (a) HP shall convey or cause its applicable Subsidiary to convey each of the Owned Properties (together with all rights and easements appurtenant thereto) to Enterprise or its applicable Subsidiary, subject to the other provisions of this Agreement and (to the extent not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement) the terms of the Separation Agreement and the other Transaction Documents. Such conveyance shall be completed on the Go Live Date.
