Common use of Own responsibility Clause in Contracts

Own responsibility. It is understood and agreed by each Bank that it has itself been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal of and investigations into the financial condition, creditworthiness, condition, affairs, status and nature of the Borrower and, accordingly, each Bank warrants to the Agent that it has not relied and will not hereafter rely on the Agent:

Own responsibility. It is understood and agreed by each Bank that it has itself been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal of and investigations into the financial condition, creditworthiness, condition, affairs, status and nature of each Borrower and the Borrower Group and, accordingly, each Bank warrants to each of the Agent Agents and the Arrangers that it has not relied on and will not hereafter rely on any of the AgentAgents and the Arrangers:

Own responsibility. It is understood and agreed by each Bank that it has itself been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal of and investigations into the financial condition, creditworthiness, condition, affairs, status and nature of the Borrower Borrowers and, accordingly, each Bank warrants to the Agent that it has not relied and will not hereafter rely on the Agent:

It is understood and agreed by each Bank that it has itself been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal of and investigations into the financial condition, creditworthiness, condition, affairs, status and nature of the Borrower any Transaction Party and, accordingly, each Bank warrants to the Agent and the Arranger that it has not relied on and will not hereafter rely on the AgentAgent or the Arranger:

It is understood and agreed by each Bank that it has itself been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal of and investigations into the financial condition, creditworthiness, condition, affairs, status and nature of the Borrower and the Group and, accordingly, each Bank warrants to the Facility Agent and the Arranger that it has not relied on and will not hereafter rely on the AgentFacility Agent and the Arranger or any of them:

It is understood and agreed by each Bank that it has itself been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal of and investigations into the financial condition, creditworthiness, condition, affairs, status and nature of the Borrower or, as the case may be, the Guarantor and, accordingly, each Bank warrants to the Agent that it has not relied and will not hereafter rely on the Agent:

It is understood and agreed by each Bank that it has itself been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal of and investigations into the financial condition, creditworthiness, condition, affairs, status and nature of each Borrower and the Borrower Group and, accordingly, each Bank warrants to each of the Facility Agent and the Arrangers that it has not relied on and will not hereafter rely on any of the AgentFacility Agent and the Arrangers:

Own responsibility. It is understood and agreed by each Bank that it has itself been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal of and investigations into the financial condition, creditworthiness, condition, affairs, status and nature of each of the Borrower Borrowers and, accordingly, each Bank represents and warrants to each of the Arranger, the Facility Agent and the Security Agent that it has not relied on and will not hereafter rely on the AgentArranger, the Facility Agent or the Security Agent nor any of them:

It is understood and agreed by each Bank that it has itself been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal of and investigations into the financial condition, creditworthiness, condition, affairs, status and nature of each member of the Borrower Parent's Group and, accordingly, each Bank warrants to the Agent Agent, the Trustee and the Arrangers that it has not relied on and will not hereafter rely on the Agent, the Trustee and the Arrangers or any of them:

Own responsibility. It is understood and agreed by each Bank that it has itself been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal of and investigations into the financial condition, creditworthiness, condition, affairs, status and nature of the Borrower each Obligor, and, accordingly, each Bank warrants confirms to the Agent Agent, the Arranger and the other Banks that it has not relied and will not hereafter rely on the Agent, the Arranger or any other Bank:

Own responsibility. It is understood and agreed by each Bank that it has itself been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal of and investigations into the financial condition, creditworthiness, condition, affairs, status and nature of each member of the Borrower Group and, accordingly, each Bank warrants to the Agent and the Arranger that it has not relied on and will not hereafter rely on the AgentAgent and the Arranger or any of them:

Own responsibility. It is understood and agreed by each Bank that it has itself been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal of and investigations into the financial condition, creditworthiness, condition, affairs, status and nature of each member of the Borrower Group and each member of the ADT Group and, accordingly, each Bank warrants to the Agent and the Arranger that it has not relied on and will not hereafter rely on the AgentAgent and the Arranger or any of them:

Own responsibility. It is understood and agreed by each Bank that it has itself been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal of and investigations into the financial condition, creditworthiness, condition, affairs, status and nature of each member of the Borrower Guarantor’s Group and, accordingly, each Bank warrants to the Agent Agent, the Trustee and the Arrangers that it has not relied on and will not hereafter rely on the Agent, the Trustee and the Arrangers or any of them:

Own responsibility. It is understood and agreed by each Bank that it has itself been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal of and investigations into the financial condition, creditworthiness, condition, affairs, status and nature of each member of the Borrower VNU Group and, accordingly, each Bank warrants to the Agent and the Arrangers that it has not relied on and will not hereafter rely on the AgentAgent or the Arrangers:

It is understood and agreed by each Bank and each Issuing Bank that it has itself been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal of and investigations into the financial condition, creditworthiness, condition, affairs, status and nature of each Borrower and the Borrower Group and, accordingly, each Bank and each Issuing Bank warrants to each of the Facility Agent and the Arrangers that it has not relied on and will not hereafter rely on any of the AgentFacility Agent and the Arrangers:
