Overview of team. The multidisciplinary team works with for the benefit of each mother and her child(xxx) to meet her recovery goals. Team members who work directly with each mother and her child(xxx) consider physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs within the context of the mother’s lived experience and in partnership with her family, significant others and the broader community. They provide expert care to program participants during their stay in relevant, tertiary in-patient facilities, in the Mums and Kids Matter residential facility and at home, in their chosen community. They also provide care during transition periods between these facilities. They ensure that each mother and her family is linked to various local resources and services so that they are provided with every opportunity to fully participate in community life.

The role is part of the wider Xxxxxx Community Engagement & Property team whose role is to: • support Xxxxxx Mission centres in their property management, fundraising, profile building and promotional activities • create a strong, consistent and enduring brand to increase awareness of Xxxxxx Mission • support Xxxxxx Mission centres through the facilitation of recruitment, training and coordination of Xxxxxx Mission volunteers • raise funds to support the activities of Xxxxxx Mission • ensure our property assets are well managed and maintained • ensure property development projects are delivered in line with agreed project plans and budgets.   • Overview (a) The Employer is committed to maintaining a stable and skilled workforce, recognising its contribution to the operation of the Employer. As such, full time direct and ongoing employment is a guiding principle of this Agreement.

  • Review of Personnel Files Every member shall be allowed to review any of his/her personnel files except "confidential law enforcement records" and "trial preparation records" as defined in Ohio Revised Code Section 149.43 at any time, upon request and reasonable notice. Such request shall be made to the supervisor directly responsible for maintenance of such files. Review of the files shall be made in the presence of such supervisor or the supervisor's designated representative. For the Division master personnel file, the request shall be made to the member's Subdivision Deputy Chief or his/her designated representative. Any member, or the member's Lodge representative, may copy documents in the member's file. The City may levy a charge for such copying, which charge shall bear a reasonable relationship to actual costs. A member will be notified in writing any time records within his/her personnel, background, IAB, and/or payroll file(s) are requested, as a public records request pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 149.43, provided the City determines that the request is proper under applicable law. A member may request copies of any records provided under this paragraph, and these copies shall be provided at no cost to the member.

  • REVIEW OF TERMS The Company reserves the right to review any of these terms at any time. Any change will take effect on the next transaction following the date on which the Company notified the customer of such change.

It provides intensive assistance for any teacher who has not yet achieved that standard or who falls below acceptable standards.
