Overview of Service. The Service is a service in which the Customer can use the ad distribution system provided by the Company and distribute its own advertisement, or an advertisement of a third party which was entrusted to the Customer, on an ad spot provided by the Company or a third party affiliated with the Company in the Company’s prescribed country or region. Details of the Service shall be prescribed in the media sheet to be separately provided by the Company.

(18 years and over) Services may be administered using both pooled funds and non-pooled funds as set out in the financial schedule. The Lead Commissioner of this commissioning function is NHS Bedfordshire, Luton & Xxxxxx Keynes Clinical Commissioning Group (the CCG).
Overview of Service. Hounslow has a strong tradition of working in partnership to jointly commission health and social care services for residents in the borough. The establishment of an integrated Joint Commissioning Team enables staff to be employed by the Council or the CCG and to have dual accountability to the CCG and the Council. The scheme enables officers to act on behalf of either (i) the CCG or the Council or (ii) on behalf of both the CCG and the Council. The Joint Commissioning Team, whether employees of the CCG or the Council are accountable to this post. The team’s work priorities are agreed by the Joint Commissioning Board (JCB). The normal accountable and delegation processes in both organisations will apply, as all staff will have dual responsibility and accountability to both the CCG and the Council. There is a Pooled Fund for the costs of the Joint Commissioning Team which is managed by the Council as most of the staff are employed by the Council. Section 5 details how the cost of this team will be split between the Council and the CCG. This Scheme Specification ensures that there is officer support for the maintenance and development of integrated commissioning arrangements in Hounslow across both adults’ and children’s services.

Overview of Service. This is a UK service covering England. Samples are received from outside England, and appropriate funding arrangements should be made. The laboratory service is provided within the Immunology and Genetics laboratories of Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Trust. These laboratories are Clinical Pathology Accreditation accredited. The testing strategies are a combination of functional tests, protein detection by flow cytometry or immunoblot and genetic screening by sequence analysis and dosage analysis (Multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification [MLPA]). For each condition the testing strategy is designed to provide a timely diagnosis in the most cost efficient way. GOSH is the only laboratory providing comprehensive immunological assays and genetic tests within the UK. Objectives and Expected Outcomes • to provide a high quality, robust diagnostic service for patients with SCID; • to continue to develop new assays to improve the diagnostic repertoire of the service; • to review and modify all assays and methodologies to ensure that they are performed to maximise diagnostic yield and using most appropriate techniques and technologies; • to support research into the diagnosis and treatment of SCID and related conditions.
Overview of Service. 12.1. Telephone Support is offered five days a week, 8 hours a day (except on public and bank holidays in Bangladesh) where support calls can be logged for any problems relating to the ProSystem IT Support Service Agreement.
