Overtime Rate of Pay. The hourly rate of overtime pay shall be one and one-half times the employee’s regular weekly salary divided by forty (40); provided, that in determining the rate of overtime or callback pay for employees who receive a percentage increment over employees of equal rank, such percentage increment shall be considered part of their base pay, and they shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times their regular weekly salary divided by forty (40) including such percentage increment.
