Common use of Overtime Premium Clause in Contracts

Overtime Premium. A. 1. Time and one-half (1½) the regular hourly rate will be paid for all hours worked over eight (8) hours in one (1) day from Monday to Friday inclusive and for all hours worked outside the employee’s regular assigned shift for that day, as provided in Section 6:02.

Overtime Premium. A. 1. Time and one-half (1½1-1/2) the employee's straight time, regular hourly rate will shall be paid for all hours actually worked over eight (8) hours in one (1) day from Monday to Friday inclusive and for all hours worked outside excess of the employee’s regular assigned shift for that dayregularly scheduled work period, as provided in Section 6:02subject to subsection B below.

Overtime Premium. A. 1. Time and one-half (1½) the regular hourly rate will be paid for all hours worked over in excess of forty (40) hours per week, eight (8) hours in one (1) per day from Monday to Friday inclusive or on Saturdays and for all hours worked outside Sundays if they are not part of the employee’s regular assigned shift for that day, as provided in Section 6:02workweek.

Overtime Premium. A. 1. (a) Time and one-half (1½) the employee’s straight time regular hourly rate will of pay shall be paid for all hours worked over actually worked, i.e., not including passive hours, in excess of eight (8) hours in any one (1) day from Monday to Friday inclusive and for all hours worked outside the employee’s regular assigned shift for that work day, as provided subject to the definition in Section 6:027.1 above.

Overtime Premium. A. (1. Time ) Hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours or regularly scheduled workday, but not in excess of twelve (12) hours, in any one workday shall be paid for at one and one-half (1½1-1/2) times the regular hourly rate will employee's working rate. Hours worked in excess of twelve (12) hours in any one workday shall be paid for all hours worked over eight at two (8) hours in one (12) day from Monday to Friday inclusive and for all hours worked outside times the employee’s regular assigned shift for that day, as provided in Section 6:02working rate.
