OVERTIME PAY COMPUTATION. 1. In the computation of overtime, holidays shall be considered in the same calendar week in which they fall as eight (8) hours worked.
OVERTIME PAY COMPUTATION. “Overtime rate of pay” shall be defined as the rate of pay computed by dividing the annual salary of the officer by 2,184 and multiplying that quotient by one and one-half (1 ½). The officer shall be paid in money and be compensated to the nearest one-half (1/2) hour.

In all other situations, the time-and-one half premium shall be based on the employee’s base straight time rate.
