Common use of Overtime on Clause in Contracts

Overtime on. a Saturday shall be paid for at the rate of time and one half for the first two hours and double time thereafter with a minimum payment of four hours, for those workers not working as part of their normal rostered shift.

Overtime on. a Saturday shall will be paid at time and a half for the first 3 hours, double time thereafter. All overtime worked on a Sunday will be paid for at the rate of time double time, and one half overtime worked on a Saturday or Sunday will be paid for the first two hours and double time thereafter with a minimum payment of four as for 2 hours, for those workers not working as part of their normal rostered shift' work.
