Overtime on a Holiday. Where a Full-Time Employee or Part-Time Employee is required to work overtime on a paid holiday as defined in the respective Article 20.1(a) or 20.2(a), the Employee will be paid 2.25 times his or her regular rate for each overtime hour worked.
