Common use of Overtime on a Holiday Clause in Contracts

Overtime on a Holiday. Where a Full-Time Employee or Part-Time Employee is required to work overtime on a paid holiday as defined in the respective Article 20.1(a) or 20.2(a), the Employee will be paid 2.25 times his or her regular rate for each overtime hour worked.

Overtime on a Holiday. Where on a Full-Time Employee paid holiday [as defined in either 20.1 or Part-Time Employee 20.5 (a)] an employee is required to work overtime on a paid holiday as defined in the respective Article 20.1(a) or 20.2(a)overtime, the Employee employee will be paid 2.25 times his or her regular rate for each overtime hour workedhour.

Overtime on a Holiday. Where on a Full-Time Employee paid holiday [as defined in either 20.01 or Part-Time Employee 20.03] an employee is required to work overtime on a paid holiday as defined in the respective Article 20.1(a) or 20.2(a)overtime, the Employee will be paid 2.25 times his or two and one quarter time (2.25x) her regular rate for each overtime hour workedhour.

Overtime on a Holiday. Where a Fullfull-Time time Employee or Partpart-Time time Employee is required to work overtime on a paid holiday as defined in the respective Article 20.1(a) or 20.2(a), the Employee will be paid 2.25 times his or her regular rate for each overtime hour worked.
