OVERTIME NOTIFICATION. (i) If the Employer has reasonable advance notice of an employee's absence which causes a full shift overtime assignment, or if overtime is for a full shift for other reasons, such overtime assignments shall be equalized and offered among all employees in the appropriate position classification within the agreed unit. If, after a reasonable attempt, an employee cannot be contacted for overtime, the next eligible employee shall be contacted. However, the employee by-passed shall not be credited with any hours worked.
OVERTIME NOTIFICATION. Weekly overtime offered to the weekend shift that is offered after the midpoint of their Monday shift, will not be charged if refused, however, will be charged only if worked.
OVERTIME NOTIFICATION. Notice of scheduled Saturday or Sunday overtime will given to the employee(s) affected by no later than the end of his (their) scheduled shift on Thursday preceding the weekend.

OVERTIME NOTIFICATION. Earring unforeseen circumstances, the Company will notify employees of the opportunity for daily overtime prior to two (2) hours before the end of the shift. The Company will post an overtime list, by class, prior to the scheduled Thursday lunch time, showing the last person asked to work on each shift. It shall then become the responsibility of any employee who has been missed (or was absent) to notify the canvassing prior to the last break on Friday. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting any claim for overtime work on that weekend. Employees will not be compelled to work overtime in excess of that provided for by the Employment Standards Act.
OVERTIME NOTIFICATION. 11-4-1 An employee called back to work for an emergency shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours plus one hour of travel time at the rate of time and one half (1 ½) of the employee’s regular hourly rate.
OVERTIME NOTIFICATION. The District agrees that security officers will be provided with first preference in notice of, and assignment to, all overtime and extra program employment opportunities in the District.
OVERTIME NOTIFICATION. Emplo yees who are requested to work overtime and agree shall be obligated to report as if it were a normal work day or notify the Company in the same manner as if it were a normal work day unless there are unusual circumstances. Overtime shall be on a voluntary basis. If an employee is scheduled to work at least two (2) consecutive hours of overtime, then the Company will provide a rest period of ten (10) minutes at the end of their regular shift. If an employee is scheduled to work a complete shift on overtime, the shall further receive the normal rest periods as estab lished in Article 18:11.
