Overtime Meal Allowance. ‌ (a) When an employee is required to work in excess of two and one-half hours' overtime immediately before or after completion of his/her scheduled daily hours, he/she shall be provided with a meal or shall be reimbursed with an overtime meal allowance, and a meal break of one-half hour with pay will be given. The overtime meal allowance shall be $12.35.
