Common use of Overtime Hours Clause in Contracts

Overtime Hours. All hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week, outside of the established work day, before or after an employee’s regular scheduled shift, shall be considered overtime.

Overtime Hours. Overtime Hours. A.
