Overtime Hourly Rate. The hourly rate of pay shall be $35/hour and will include all extra duty pay for all bargaining unit members outside of regular contracted hours, including summer school, substitution during preparation time ($57/block period), any professional development, etc.
Overtime Hourly Rate. An Employee may elect, with consent of the Employer, to take time off in lieu of payment for overtime at a time or times agreed with the Employer within one month of this election. Where no such election is made, the Employee shall be paid the appropriate rates of pay set out in this clause.
Overtime Hourly Rate. All time worked by a nurse in excess of forty (40) hours in any work week shall be compensated for at a rate of one and one-half (1.5) times the nurse's hourly rate of pay. For example, a nurse who normally works a 24-hour shift pattern agrees to work a twelve (12) hour additional shift.   • Overtime Hours Except as otherwise provided in this section, all hours worked in excess of the established work day, before or after an employee's regular scheduled shift, or on any regularly scheduled day off, shall be considered overtime. All paid vacation time, paid holidays, paid sick leave, compensatory time off, and paid leaves of absence shall be considered as "time worked" for purposes of this Article. Part-time employees whose established work day is less than eight (8) hours shall not be considered to be working overtime until having completed eight (8) hours of work.

  • Overtime Compensation 1. Except as provided in this section, Grantee will be responsible for any obligations of premium overtime pay due employees. Premium overtime pay is defined as any compensation paid to an individual in addition to the employee’s normal rate of pay for hours worked in excess of normal working hours. 2. Funds provided under this Contract may be used to pay the premium portion of overtime only under the following conditions: i. With the prior written approval of System Agency; ii. Temporarily, in the case of an emergency or an occasional operational bottleneck; iii. When employees are performing indirect functions, such as administration, maintenance, or accounting; iv. In performance of tests, laboratory procedures, or similar operations that are continuous in nature and cannot reasonably be interrupted or otherwise completed; or v. When lower overall cost to System Agency will result.

  • Overtime Pay ‌ Overtime pay shall be paid to the employee on the next paycheque after the expiration of the pay period in which the overtime was earned except as provided in Article 16.6 (Compensating Time Off) below.

  • Overtime Computation Computation of overtime will be rounded upward to the nearest one-tenth (1/10th) of an hour.

  • Overtime Holidays Double time the regular rate for work on the following holiday(s). New Year's Day
