Overtime General. 41.1 A full-time employee who performs authorized work in excess of his/her normal work period, regular work week, work day, or shift, shall be compensated for such work at the rate of one and one-half (1½) times his/her regular hourly rate of pay.

Overtime General. The overtime guarantee of this section shall not apply if the employee has been given reasonable notice in advance not to report. Reasonable notice, for the purpose of this section, shall mean the employee is advised by his/her supervisor twenty-four (24) hours prior to the employee's scheduled work start-up time.
Overtime General. The TPA retains the right to require employees to work overtime and in an emergency shall utilize the employees most readily available. Subject to the foregoing, the TPA shall distribute overtime as equitably as possible amongst the employees who normally perform the required work.
