Overtime Funding. Whenever funds are not available, Unit Employees who work authorized overtime shall receive compensatory time off equal to one and one-half (1 1/2) times the number of actual hours worked. Compensatory time off shall be used by mutual agreement within one year of the date on which it was earned. If compensatory time off cannot be taken within one year from the date on which it was earned, it must be paid.
