Overtime for Part-Time Employees. (a) A part-time employee working less than the normal hours per day of a full-time employee, and who is required to work longer than their regular workday, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the hours so worked, up to and including the normal hours in the workday of a full-time employee.

A regular part-time employee working less than the normal hours per day of a full-time employee, and who is requested to work longer than his/her regular workday, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the hours so worked, up to and including the normal hours in the workday of a full-time employee. Overtime rates shall apply to hours worked in excess of the normal hours in the workday of a full-time employee. A regular part-time employee working less than the normal days per week of a full-time employee and who is requested to work other than his/her regularly scheduled workdays, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the days so worked up to and including the normal workdays in the workweek of a full-time employee. Overtime rates shall apply to hours worked in excess of normal workdays in the workweek of a full-time employee.

Overtime for Part-Time Employees. Part-time employees working less that eight (8) hours per day and who are required to work longer than the regular working day shall be paid at the rate of straight time for the hours so worked up to and including eight (8) hours in the working day. Regular overtime rates shall apply after eight (8) hours in the working day and for all work performed on statutory holidays and the employee's days of rest. In the case of part-time clerical staff the words “seven (7) hours” shall be substituted for the words “eight (8) hours” wherever they appear herein.
Overtime for Part-Time Employees. The hours of work for part-time employees shall be set in accordance with the requirements of the Board with overtime applying for any work performed over seven (7) hours per day or thirty-five (35) hours per week.
Overtime for Part-Time Employees. A part-time employee working less than the regular working hours per day shall not qualify for overtime rates until the regular hours have been exceeded.
Overtime for Part-Time Employees. The parties agree that Education Code Section 88030 shall apply to those unit members who have an average workday of less than four (4) hours during a workweek.
Overtime for Part-Time Employees. Payment to a part-time employee for hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours during a workweek shall be made at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) the employee’s basic hourly wage schedule. Part-Time employees will generally not work more than forty (40) hours per week, except in abnormal or emergency business situations.
Overtime for Part-Time Employees. Part-time employees shall not be entitled to overtime compensation until such time as the hours worked exceed the standard hours of work pursuant to Clause 13.1.
