Overtime for Sample Clauses

The "Overtime for" clause defines the conditions under which overtime work is recognized and compensated. Typically, this clause specifies which employees are eligible for overtime pay, the rate at which overtime is paid (such as time-and-a-half), and the circumstances that trigger overtime, like working beyond a standard 40-hour workweek. Its core function is to ensure employees are fairly compensated for extra hours worked, while providing employers with clear guidelines for managing and budgeting overtime labor costs.
