OVERTIME COMPENSATION – XXXXXXXX PARAMEDIC SERVICE ONLY. 4.1 SHIFT OVERRUNS Effective January 1, 2021, the Operations Supervisors working twelve (12) hour shifts will be granted five (5) E-days (60 hours) at the beginning of each year to be used in the same year, in recognition for shift overrun overtime. Time credited cannot be carried over into another year. When assigned an ambulance call by CACC that extends fifteen (15) minutes beyond their regular shift the Employee will be paid the appropriate rate of pay until the end of the call, which does not include paper work. All other Supervisors will receive payment at time and one half for all hours worked beyond their regular shift. All overtime must be pre-approved by a member of the Executive Management Team.

  • Overtime Compensation (a) Overtime worked shall be compensated at the following rates:

  • Intercarrier Compensation Except as specifically described in this Section, the Agreement does not change or amend applicable intercarrier compensation arrangements (including but not limited to Switched Access, Signaling, or Transit charges) between any parties, including between Qwest and Carriers or IXCs.

  • Additional Services Compensation Additional Services Compensation shall be the fees determined in accordance with Article 7 to be paid by the Owner to the Professional Consultant in connection with the performance of Additional Services.

  • Services and Compensation Consultant agrees to perform for the Company the services described in Exhibit A (the “Services”), and the Company agrees to pay Consultant the compensation described in Exhibit A for Consultant’s performance of the Services.

  • Travel Compensation The Contractor shall not be compensated or reimbursed for travel time, travel expenses, meals, or lodging.

  • Extra Compensation 1. CTSO Advisors will be paid twenty-five ($25) per hour (capped at eight (8) hours per day) for non-discretionary CTSO activities (e.g., conferences, conventions, and competitions) involving students on days not scheduled as part of the regular school year calendar.

  • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.

  • Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.

  • Callout Compensation A regular employee who is called back to work outside their regular working hours shall be compensated for a minimum of three hours at overtime rates.
