Overtime Call-In Procedure. 16.7.4.1 If the employee listed at 16.7.4.3 b) in the call in procedure below is not called to work the overtime, that employee shall be entitled to receive the “incorrect call in allowance” as prescribed in the allowances table at Clause 24 provided that the person who has incorrectly applied the procedure can be identified and subjected to disciplinary action. If, after reasonable attempt, the Employer is unable to contact the most senior employee, or the most senior employee declines the call-in overtime assignment, the Employer shall continue down the list in descending order of seniority, until such time as the call-in overtime assignment is filled.
