Overtime Call-In Procedure. In the event that the Employer determined the need to call-in an employee or employees for work that needs to be done outside of the scheduled work hours, such call-in shall be on the basis of seniority by division. The Employer shall maintain a list in each division listing the employees in that division by seniority. At such time as the need for call-in overtime should arise, the Employer shall first offer the call-in overtime assignment to the most senior employee on the list in that division. If, after reasonable attempt, the Employer is unable to contact the most senior employee, or the most senior employee declines the call-in overtime assignment, the Employer shall continue down the list in descending order of seniority, until such time as the call-in overtime assignment is filled.
