Overtime Compensation (a) Overtime worked shall be compensated at the following rates:
Sick Leave Bonus For every six (6) months of perfect sick leave attendance after July 1, 1987, the employee will receive eight (8) hours of bonus time. This bonus time will be prorated for part-time employees. Such bonus time can be used for any leave purpose covered by this Agreement. Such bonus time shall be counted as vacation leave credits for purposes of determining eligibility for carry- over and cash payments.
SHIFT BONUS 7:01 A day shift shall be a shift that commences after 4:30 a.m. and at or before 10:00 a.m. on the same day.
Vacation Bonus Employees shall receive one day's base pay (or adjusted earnings) for each year of service beyond twenty-five (25) years, to a maximum of ten (10) days’ pay.
CHRISTMAS BONUS 16.01 All part-time employees on the payroll of the Company as of December 1st in any year who have completed six (6) months' continuous service with the Company shall be entitled to a Christmas Bonus of fifteen ($l5.00) dollars payable on or before December 15th.
Bonus The Executive shall be eligible for Bonuses determined by the Board.
Performance Bonus If Employee's employment is terminated by Employee with cause, or by Bank without cause, Employee shall be paid, in addition to the amounts payable under Sections 3.5 and 3.6 of the Agreement: (i) all non-forfeitable deferred compensation, if any; and (ii) unpaid performance bonus payments, if any, payable under Section 4.2 of the Agreement, which shall be declared earned and payable based upon performance up to, and shall be pro-rated as of, the date of termination. Employee shall not be entitled to such unpaid performance bonus payments if Employee's employment is terminated by Bank with cause, or by Employee without cause.
Severance Pay 4.4.2(a) Severance pay - other than employees of a small employer An employee, other than an employee of a small employer, whose employment is terminated by reason of redundancy is entitled to the following amount of severance pay in respect of a period of continuous service: Period of continuous service Severance pay Less than 1 year Nil 1 year and less than 2 years 4 weeks’ pay* 2 years and less than 3 years 6 weeks’ pay 3 years and less than 4 years 7 weeks’ pay 4 years and less than 5 yeas 8 weeks’ pay 5 years and less than 6 years 10 weeks’ pay 6 years and less than 7 years 11 weeks’ pay 7 years and less than 8 years 13 weeks’ pay 8 years and less than 9 years 14 weeks’ pay 9 years and less than 10 years 16 weeks’ pay 10 years and over 12 weeks’ pay * Week’s pay is defined in 4.4.1.
Annual Bonus In addition to Annual Base Salary, Executive shall be awarded, for each fiscal year ending during the Employment Period, an annual bonus (the “Annual Bonus”) in cash at least equal to Executive’s highest annual bonus for the last three full fiscal years prior to the Effective Date (annualized in the event that Executive was not employed by the Company for the whole of such fiscal year). Each such Annual Bonus shall be paid no later than the end of the third month of the fiscal year next following the fiscal year for which the Annual Bonus is awarded, unless Executive shall elect to defer the receipt of such Annual Bonus.
Overtime Pay a) A casual employee shall be entitled to overtime pay in accordance with Article 27.05 in the following circumstances:
