Overtime bonus. 1. Depending on whether overtime is worked, the actual wage of a temporary agency worker subject to ABU remuneration is multiplied by an overtime bonus. Overtime takes place if work is performed in excess of the usual working hours per day or per week in the relevant sector, or the number of hours fixed by regulations or timetables. Overtime immediately following the normal working hours and lasting no more than half an hour is not qualified as such.

Overtime bonus. 1. Depending on whether or not overtime is worked, the actual wage is increased by an overtime bonus. Overtime is deemed to have been worked if work is performed in excess of the number of working hours per day, per week or by arrangement or a schedule that is normal in the sector. The bonus factor shall be at least 1.25. The bonus factor shall be no more than 1.50.

Overtime bonus. Effective upon ratification of this agreement, employees shall no longer have the option of earning vacation day card bonuses for every 12 hours of overtime earned in a pay period. Employees who have earned vacation day card bonuses for working overtime prior to ratification will be allowed to use the vacation day cards until the expiration date of the vacation day card or within six months of the date the card was issued, whichever date comes first.

  • Overtime Compensation (a) Overtime worked shall be compensated at the following rates:

  • Sick Leave Bonus For every six (6) months of perfect sick leave attendance after July 1, 1987, the employee will receive eight (8) hours of bonus time.   • Performance Bonus If Employee's employment is terminated by Employee with cause, or by Bank without cause, Employee shall be paid, in addition to the amounts payable under Sections 3.5 and 3.6 of the Agreement: (i) all non-forfeitable deferred compensation, if any; and (ii) unpaid performance bonus payments, if any, payable under Section 4.2 of the Agreement, which shall be declared earned and payable based upon performance up to, and shall be pro-rated as of, the date of termination.   • Annual Bonus In addition to Annual Base Salary, Executive shall be awarded, for each fiscal year ending during the Employment Period, an annual bonus (the “Annual Bonus”) in cash at least equal to Executive’s highest annual bonus for the last three full fiscal years prior to the Effective Date (annualized in the event that Executive was not employed by the Company for the whole of such fiscal year). Each such Annual Bonus shall be paid no later than the end of the third month of the fiscal year next following the fiscal year for which the Annual Bonus is awarded, unless Executive shall elect to defer the receipt of such Annual Bonus.
