Overtime Assignment. When the Employer determines overtime, work is necessary to complete a task begun on an employee’s regularly scheduled shift, the Employer will offer overtime to that employee. In other cases, the Employer will make available overtime work based on volunteer basis; if two or more employees are willing to work the overtime work will be given to the most senior employee who is qualified.
