Overtime and Compensatory Time. Section 1. "Non-exempt" employees, as defined by the Labor Standards Division of the Department of Labor and Industry, State of Montana, shall be paid at a rate of one and one- half times their regular rate of pay for any time they work over 40 hours per week.
