Overtime and Callback a. Overtime shall be work performed by an employee which is scheduled by the Station prior to the completion or the beginning of the employee’s shift and is in excess of forty (40) hours in one week. Overtime after forty (40) hours shall be compensated at time and one‐half (1‐1/2) of the employee’s hourly rate.
