Oversight Plan. The Authorizer will implement a plan to provide ongoing oversight to determine whether the School is complying with the terms of this Charter Contract and to meet its responsibilities under the law regarding Authorizer oversight. Refer to Addendum A (“School Program Description”) and Addendum B (“School Accountability and Authorizer Oversight System”). The Authorizer will use the following five criteria in determining the School’s compliance with this Charter Contract:

Oversight Plan. The Charter School and the Board acknowledge that the Regents are authorized to oversee the Charter School's operations in all respects, including the right to visit, examine and inspect the school and its records. To permit the Regents to fulfill this oversight function under the Act and ensure that the Charter School is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and the terms and conditions of the Charter, the Charter School agrees to abide by and implement the Oversight Plan, (in development and will be) appended to this Charter as Exhibit B. It is understood that amendments and revisions may be made to such plan by SED, in consultation with the Charter School. The Oversight Plan (Exhibit B) consists of the following sections:
Oversight Plan. IQS will implement a plan to provide ongoing oversight to determine whether the School is complying with the terms of this Agreement and to meet its responsibilities under the Charter Law. IQS will use the following five criteria in determining the School’s compliance with this Agreement.
Oversight Plan. Promptly following the Effective Date, but in no event later than [***] thereafter, Zai and Five Prime shall develop and agree upon a set of written oversight procedures that will apply to Zai and any entity acting on behalf of Zai, in each case, in connection with the performance of activities undertaken as the authorized regulatory agent of record for Five Prime in the Territory (the “Oversight Plan”). Such Oversight Plan shall contain processes and procedures intended to provide Zai with the ability to effectively Develop and Commercialize the Product in the Territory on its own behalf, while ensuring that Five Prime is able to fulfill its obligations under Applicable Law as the owner or holder of Regulatory Approvals and Regulatory Submissions for the Licensed Product in the Territory, that Zai complies with Five Prime’s standard operating procedures applicable to third party service providers of Five Prime and the management and oversight thereof, and that Five Prime (or its designee) will maintain the requisite level of oversight and control with respect to such activities sufficient to allow Five Prime to comply with its legal, regulatory and internal obligations with respect thereto. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the processes and procedures set forth in the Oversight Plan shall not materially alter Zai’s rights or increase Zai’s obligations under this Agreement. Oversight Plan. The Authorizer will implement a plan, outlined in Attachment 8 (“UST Accountability and Oversight System”), to provide ongoing oversight to determine whether the School is complying with the terms of this Agreement and to meet its responsibilities under the law regarding Authorizing. The Authorizer reserves the right to periodically update and replace its oversight tools in efforts to continuously improve its practice. Updated tools will be available in the Authorizer’s Program Guide, updated annually.

  • Oversight The Licensing Officer shall oversee the quality of the services provided by the Licensee and the reasonableness of the prices charged. The Licensing Officer may advise the Licensee from time to time of any source of dissatisfaction and request correction.

  • Marketing Plan The MCP shall submit an annual marketing plan to ODM that includes all planned activities for promoting membership in or increasing awareness of the MCP. The marketing plan submission shall include an attestation by the MCP that the plan is accurate is not intended to mislead, confuse or defraud the eligible individuals or ODM.

  • Development Plans 4.3.1 For each Licensed Indication and corresponding Licensed Product in the Field, Licensee will prepare and deliver to Licensor a development plan and budget (each a “Development Plan”). The initial Development Plans for each Licensed Indication will be delivered within […***…] after the Grant Date for such Licensed Indication.

  • Development Plan document specifying the work program, schedule, and relevant investments required for the Development and the Production of a Discovery or set of Discoveries of Oil and Gas in the Contract Area, including its abandonment.

  • Project Plan Development of Project Plan Upon the Authorized User’s request, the Contractor must develop a Project Plan. This Project Plan may include Implementation personnel, installation timeframes, escalation procedures and an acceptance plan as appropriate for the Services requested. Specific requirements of the plan will be defined in the RFQ. In response to the RFQ, the Contractor must agree to furnish all labor and supervision necessary to successfully perform Services procured from this Lot. Project Plan Document The Contractor will provide to the Authorized User, a Project Plan that may contain the following items: • Name of the Project Manager, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • Names of the Project Team Members, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • A list of Implementation milestones based on the Authorized User’s desired installation date; • A list of responsibilities of the Authorized User during system Implementation; • A list of designated Contractor Authorized Personnel; • Escalation procedures including management personnel contact numbers; • Full and complete documentation of all Implementation work; • Samples of knowledge transfer documentation; and • When applicable, a list of all materials and supplies required to complete the Implementation described in the RFQ. Materials and Supplies Required to Complete Implementation In the event that there are items required to complete an Implementation, the Contractor may request the items be added to its Contract if the items meet the scope of the Contract. Negotiation of Final Project Plan If the Authorized User chooses to require a full Project Plan, the State further reserves the right for Authorized Users to negotiate the final Project Plan with the apparent RFQ awardee. Such negotiation must not substantively change the scope of the RFQ plan, but can alter timeframes or other incidental factors of the final Project Plan. The Authorized User will provide the Contractor a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice of the final negotiation date. The Authorized User reserves the right to move to the next responsible and responsive bidder if Contractor negotiations are unsuccessful.
