Oversight of Audit Activity at the XXX. 99 In order to execute its oversight responsibilities, GLEIF requires that any Independent Audit Reports from any source received by the XXX that relate to LEI processing be provided to GLEIF for information purposes at the latest within 30 Days after receipt thereof. Any exceptions of this provision must explicitly be agreed in the Accreditation Documentation. 100 GLEIF is entitled to have any Independent Audit Report submitted by the XXX as noted in above Sub-Chapter A, reviewed by GLEIF’s Compliance and Audit function and/or by a reputable auditing firm of its choice, and to request additional information or analysis from the XXX. The cost of provision of additional information or analysis shall be borne by the GLEIF. 101 If such review or additional investigations result in GLEIF requiring remedial action(s) to be undertaken by the XXX to meet the relevant GLEIF Operational and Technical Standards, the XXX shall do so promptly and shall inform GLEIF about the progress and finalization of such measures.

  • Scope of Audit Customer shall provide at least sixty days advance notice of any audit unless mandatory Data Protection Law or a competent data protection authority requires shorter notice. The frequency and scope of any audits shall be mutually agreed between the parties acting reasonably and in good faith. Customer audits shall be limited in time to a maximum of three business days. Beyond such restrictions, the parties will use current certifications or other audit reports to avoid or minimize repetitive audits. Customer shall provide the results of any audit to SAP.

  • REPORT ON CONTRACT SALES ACTIVITY AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEE PAYMENT A. CONTRACT SALES ACTIVITY REPORT. Each calendar quarter, Supplier must provide a contract sales activity report (Report) to the Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator assigned to this Contract. Reports are due no later than 45 days after the end of each calendar quarter. A Report must be provided regardless of the number or amount of sales during that quarter (i.e., if there are no sales, Supplier must submit a report indicating no sales were made). The Report must contain the following fields: • Participating Entity Name (e.g., City of Staples Highway Department); • Participating Entity Physical Street Address; • Participating Entity City; • Participating Entity State/Province; • Participating Entity Zip/Postal Code; • Participating Entity Contact Name; • Participating Entity Contact Email Address; • Participating Entity Contact Telephone Number; • Sourcewell Assigned Entity/Participating Entity Number; • Item Purchased Description; • Item Purchased Price; • Sourcewell Administrative Fee Applied; and • Date Purchase was invoiced/sale was recognized as revenue by Supplier.

  • Administrative and Operating Expenses Charged to the Judicial Council The Judicial Council may reimburse the Contractor for itemized administrative and operating expenses, pursuant to this exhibit, that are reasonable, allowable, and allocable in performing the Work of this Agreement, provided that the Judicial Council first approves such charges via one (1) or more BEO’s that set forth the final details on these items.

  • Cost of Audits Customer shall bear the costs of any audit unless such audit reveals a material breach by SAP of this DPA, then SAP shall bear its own expenses of an audit. If an audit determines that SAP has breached its obligations under the DPA, SAP will promptly remedy the breach at its own cost.

  • Final Audit Pursuant to section 1002.33, Florida Statutes, upon notice of non- renewal, closure, or termination, an independent audit shall be completed within 30 days to account for all public funds and assets. During the fiscal year in which the termination or non-renewal occurs, the Sponsor may withhold from the School's FEFP funds, without penalty or interest, an amount necessary to cover the costs for a final financial audit of the School. The audit shall be conducted by an independent certified public accountant.

  • Final Audit Report Contractor shall promptly submit to the State a copy of any final audit report of an audit performed on Contractor’s records that relates to or affects this Contract or the Work, whether the audit is conducted by Contractor or a third party.

  • Presentence Investigation Report/Post-Sentence Supervision 24. Defendant understands that the United States Attorney’s Office in its submission to the Probation Office as part of the Pre-Sentence Report and at sentencing shall fully apprise the District Court and the Probation Office of the nature, scope, and extent of defendant’s conduct regarding the charges against him, and related matters. The government will make known all matters in aggravation and mitigation relevant to sentencing.

  • Annual Audits Each fiscal year, the School shall provide for an independent annual financial audit conducted in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards and Governmental Auditing Standards and performed by a certified public accountant (CPA); provided the Commission may establish an alternative reporting requirement in accordance with State law. The Commission shall provide the guidelines and/or scope of the audit or alternative report and may require minimum CPA qualifications or that the School select from a list of qualified CPAs as provided by the Commission. The School shall provide the completed audit or alternative report to the Commission by November 15 after the conclusion of the fiscal year; provided that the Commission, with reasonable notice to the School, may change the deadline depending on circumstances. The School shall pay for the audit or alternative report if an appropriation is not made by the Legislature for such purpose.

  • Financial Audit The School shall submit audited financial statements from an independent auditor to the Authorizer no later than November 1 of each year.

  • Right of Audit 28.1 The Contractor shall keep secure and maintain until six years after the final payment of all sums due under the Contract, or such other period as may be agreed between the Parties, full and accurate records of the Services, all expenditure reimbursed by the Authority and all payments made by the Authority.
