Oversight Fees. If the Owner contracts directly with one or more third parties for the services described in Section 2.3 above, the Owner will pay such third parties customary market fees and shall pay the Manager oversight fees (the “Oversight Fees”) equal to 1.0% of the Gross Revenues of the particular Property managed by such third parties. In no event shall the Manager (including any Affiliate of the Manager) be entitled to both Management Fees and Oversight Fees with respect to any particular Property.

Oversight Fees. The School shall be charged an oversight fee not to exceed one (1) percent of the LCFF revenue received by the School in accordance with EC Section 47613. The oversight fee shall be based on the LCFF revenue provided to the School at the Second Principal Apportionment (P-2).
Oversight Fees. Pursuant to EC Section 47613, the School will be charged an annual oversight fee not to exceed one percent (1%) of the general purpose and categorical block grant funding provided to the School at the P-1 apportionment. The annual invoice will also include an adjustment for the preceding year based on the final (P-2) revenue for that year. Invoices are due and payable to CDE within 30 days of receipt.

Adjustments due to differences between the apportionments at P-1 and P-2 will be resolved as follows: If the CDE under invoiced oversight fees (LCFF apportionments for P-1 were less than P-2), the CDE will recover fees from the Charter School by adding one percent (1%) of the difference to next fiscal year’s invoice. If the CDE over invoiced oversight fees (LCFF apportionments for P-1 were more than P-2), the CDE will refund those fees within 45 days after the due date of the P-2 apportionment. Invoices are due and payable to CDE within 30 days of receipt.

In addition to other fees described in this agreement, the RCOE will charge the School at a fixed rate of $100.00 per hour for each hour over five hours spent providing support in any given month. RCOE will notify the School that they are approaching four (4) hours of support and upon reaching the five (5) allowable hours.
Oversight Fees. Funds for Oversight Fees will be billed monthly in accordance with the disbursement schedule described in the Statement of Work. NeighborWorks will provide to Treasury a true, correct and complete list of all Intermediaries, State HFAs and the Subagencies they oversee, and validate that the amount of each Oversight Allocation, and the initial disbursement thereof, is calculated based on the methodology set forth in the Statement of Work. The balance will be billed monthly at the rate specified in the Statement of Work for each Initial Package accepted by the servicer in the previous calendar month, together with a report generated by the Internet Portal which provides supporting data, by Participating Agency.

Oversight Fees. 3.4.1 The School will be charged an annual oversight fee not to exceed 1 percent of the general purpose and categorical block grant revenue received by the School in accordance with Education Code section 47613. The fee is used by the XXX to offset consultant and administrative costs required for comprehensive oversight.
Oversight Fees. Charter School shall pay the District one percent (1%) of Charter School revenues to for the actual cost of oversight. “Charter School revenue” means the general purpose entitlement as defined in subdivisions (a) and (b) of Section 47632 computed by the local funding formula pursuant to Education Code Section 42238.02, as implemented by Education Code Section 42238.03. The District will invoice the Charter School for this amount at the end of each fiscal year. The invoice will be adjusted based upon final revenue for that year as reflected in the Charter School’s Audited Financial Report. Invoices are due and payable to the District within thirty (30) days of receipt or may be withheld from the in-lieu property tax transfer next due.
Oversight Fees. The Company shall pay the Advisor an Oversight Fee equal to one percent (1.0%) of the gross revenues from Properties managed by any Person that is not an Affiliate of the Advisor. All Oversight Fees payable to the Advisor hereunder shall be paid monthly in arrears by the tenth (10th) day of the following month. The Advisor shall submit an invoice to the Company, accompanied by a computation of the Oversight Fee for the applicable quarter.
