Oversight Fee. In the event that Company contracts directly with a third-party property manager in respect of a Property, Company shall pay Manager an oversight fee equal to 1.0% of the Effective Gross Revenues of the Property managed. In no event will the Company pay both a property management fee and an oversight fee to Manager with respect to any particular property. The foregoing fee shall be payable only from net cash flow from the Property after payment of all sums then due to the holder of the mortgage on the Property.

Oversight Fee. The Company shall pay the Advisor an Oversight Fee equal to one percent (1.0%) of the gross revenues from Properties managed by any Person that is not an Affiliate of the Advisor. The Oversight Fee is payable quarterly in advance, on January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1. The Advisor shall submit an invoice to the Company, accompanied by a computation of the Oversight Fee for the applicable quarter.

The Oversight Fee shall be paid in 1998 (for services rendered in 1998).
Oversight Fee. Pursuant to Education Code section 47613(b), the District will charge the Charter School for the actual costs of supervisorial oversight not to exceed one percent (1%) of the total annual revenue of the Charter School. In accordance with Education Code section 47613(f), “revenue” is defined as the general purpose entitlement and categorical block grant, as defined in Education Code Section 47632(a) and (b).
