Overseas contracts. If this contract is to be performed outside the United States and its outlying areas, the words “Government” and “Government-furnished” (wherever they appear in this clause) shall be construed as “United States Government” and “United States Government-furnished,” respectively. (End of Clause) It is understood by the parties to this contract that the Knowledge Center (KC) is a secure Internet-based Knowledge Management Tool that the Program Executive Office for Command, Control & Communications Tactical (PEO C3T), the Program Executive Office for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Sensors (PEO IEWS), the Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) and the Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) are using to collaborate internally and externally with customers, business partners and other Government agencies. Any person who is given access to the KC will have access to information that is considered by the Government to be sensitive and non-public in nature. Accordingly, every person given access to this secure application must consent to be bound by a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement articulated on the KC Registration Form before such access is granted. Consistent with this procedure, the contractor shall require each of its employees who are given access to the KC to immediately notify the Director of Contracts, or the individual in a position of equivalent responsibility, of the fact that they have consented to a Non-Disclosure Agreement and have been given access to the KC. The contractor shall also require any employee giving such notice to provide the Director of Contracts, or the individual in a position of equivalent responsibility, with a copy of the Non-Disclosure Agreement they have consented to.
