Overpayment of Salary. 7.4.1 The District will contact any employee who has been overpaid at the time of termination, or at any other time, to arrange for repayment of the excess salary received.
Overpayment of Salary. While employees receive 1/12th of their calculated annual salary every month, not every month includes 1/12th of the annual contracted workdays. For employees terminating during a school year this can result in an overpayment of wages. Our payroll department carefully calculates the pay status of each terminating employee. Any employee who has been overpaid at the time of termination will be contacted to arrange for repayment of the excess salary received.
Overpayment of Salary. Where an employee is overpaid an amount of salary or benefits including allowances, the overpayment will be recovered in accordance with the provisions of ASADA’s Accountable Authority Instructions. These provisions do not operate to limit the right of the Agency to recover a debt from monies that are, or become, payable to an employee under this Agreement.
Overpayment of Salary. In the event of an overpayment of salary, recovery of the overpayment will be made in accordance with the council’s Procedure for the Recovery of Overpaid Salary. In accepting your contract of employment, you are deemed to agree to a recovery of overpaid salary in accordance with the procedure. Where it is clear that an overpayment has been made, you must contact your line manager or submit a query through the IBC immediately to notify them. Failure to do so could result in disciplinary procedures.
Overpayment of Salary. 46. In the event of overpayment of salary or allowance to an employee, where the Pay and Conditions Team has not already advised the employee, the employee must notify the Pay and Conditions Team immediately following recognition of an overpayment.
