Overnight Field Trips. Compensation for all out-of-county overnight field trips shall 14 be paid at the regular hourly rate, up to a minimum of twelve (12) hours pay for each 15 calendar day the employee is away. Should the employee work more than twelve (12) 16 hours, a log shall be kept and the employee will be paid for the hours recorded on the log.
Overnight Field Trips. Teachers chaperoning overnight field trips will be compensated at a flat rate per night per chaperone. All overnight trips and stipends are subject to pre-approval by the building administrator. See stipend chart for rates.
Overnight Field Trips a) Overnight field trips shall be those trips occurring during the school term.
Overnight Field Trips. A. This includes field trips for which a driver is scheduled for overnight lodging.
Overnight Field Trips. Drivers will be reimbursed for actual and necessary expenses incurred on authorized field trips. Separate lodging will be provided for the driver.
Overnight Field Trips. Should an employee participate in an overnight field trip, non-working hours shall be when children are sleeping or when the employee has no job responsibilities. No employee will be required to participate in more than one overnight field trip per school year. Employee shall have a four (4) week notice of a required field trip with the exceptions of field trips scheduled prior to October 15 and when paraprofessionals have had a change of assignment.

Teachers who attend overnight field trips, with Director approval, shall be compensated with a stipend of $100 per night and provided reimbursement for mileage incurred in their personal vehicle at the applicable IRS rate. When calculating mileage, the School shall serve as the start and end point for the calculations.

Special needs paraprofessionals will receive their hourly rate for student contact time and related duties. An additional person responsible for the health/emergency care for students will be in attendance.
