Overnight Events. Lessee shall only be permitted to have one (1) overnight event per calendar year in which participants stay overnight for a multiple day event on the Premises. The hours of operation for the shooting ranges must be strictly complied with during the course of the event.
Overnight Events. If employees are required by management to participate in overnight events, such as 4th Grade Camp, they shall receive a stipend of fifty dollars ($50.00) per night spent, over and above their regular wages. The Special Olympics is not sponsored by the Roscommon Area Public Schools; therefore no financial responsibility for payment is held by the District.

Overnight Events. It is anticipated that occasionally certain ministry activities/events will require overnight sleeping arrangements to be made for children and staff/volunteers (i.e. camp, mission trips, etc.). In the event an activity requires sleeping arrangements, staff members and volunteers will strictly observe the following rules:
Overnight Events. Event conducted within 350 miles of the local unit that requires overnight lodging due to location or length of training. Event requires a minimum of nine hours of curriculum-based training. Overnight events may not be iterative in nature.
Overnight Events. A. With permission from Faithbridge staff, volunteers can plan overnight events with students. An "event" is any activity associated with a Faithbridge-sponsored ministry or activity involving 3 or more students. In addition to the requirements set forth in the Safe Ministry Policy, any approved overnight event must include: • Written parental permission and a medical release for each student participant. • The presence of at least two approved adult servants who are unrelated to each other. • An agenda for parents distributed at least 48 hours prior to the event that includes location of event, phone numbers of location and leaders, and anticipated departure and return times. • A completed over-the-counter or prescription medicine form for any student participant needing one.
