  • Overdue Payments Lessee shall pay interest on all overdue payments of Rent or other monetary amounts due hereunder at the rate of fifteen percent (15%) per annum or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is less, accruing from the date such Rent or other monetary amounts were properly due and payable.

  • Overdue Amounts Until paid, all amounts due and payable by the Company hereunder shall be a debt secured by the Collateral and shall bear, whether before or after judgment, interest at the rate of interest for overdue principal set forth in the Transaction Documents.

  • Contract Rate Subject to Sections 2.2 and 3.9, interest payable on the outstanding principal amount of this Note (the “Principal Amount”) shall accrue at a rate per annum equal to the “prime rate” published in The Wall Street Journal from time to time (the “Prime Rate”), plus two percent (2%) (the “Contract Rate”). The Contract Rate shall be increased or decreased as the case may be for each increase or decrease in the Prime Rate in an amount equal to such increase or decrease in the Prime Rate; each change to be effective as of the day of the change in the Prime Rate.   • Compounding of default interest Any such interest which is not paid at the end of the period by reference to which it was determined shall thereupon be compounded.

  • Payment of Default Interest Any interest which shall have accrued under Clause 16.2 (Default Interest) in respect of an unpaid sum shall be due and payable and shall be paid by the Borrower at the end of the period by reference to which it is calculated or on such other dates as the Lender may specify by written notice to the Borrower.
