Overdraft Transfer Service. We offer an optional overdraft protection plan that we refer to as our “Overdraft Transfer Service” where available funds from a linked savings account are used for overdraft protection. We will look first to this service for overdraft protection before applying our discretionary Courtesy Pay Overdraft Service when your account is overdrawn. The Overdraft Transfer Service may save you money on the total fees you pay us for overdraft protection. With this service, you authorize us to make transfers of available funds automatically from your regular savings account, plus the overdraft transfer fees, to cover overdrafts in your checking account. Each transfer counts as one of the six (6) limited transactions you are allowed each month from your regular savings. The Overdraft Transfer Service is an optional feature that can be added to your eligible checking accounts upon your request. To request or terminate the Overdraft Transfer Service: (1) call us at 989.224-9511; (2) visit any branch and speak with a Representative; or (3) mail a request to us at Journey Federal Credit Union, 0000 Xxxx Xxxxx, St. Xxxxx, MI 48879-9511. Overdrafts paid pursuant to the Overdraft Transfer Service are subject to a per-item Overdraft Transfer Fee as set forth in the Fee Schedule. If you decline or terminate the Overdraft Transfer Service and are not eligible for Courtesy Pay, and there are insufficient available funds in your checking account to pay an item, your item will not be paid unless it was a previously authorized everyday debit card transaction. The items will be returned, and an NSF fee will be charged, each time an item is presented for payment and returned unpaid due to an insufficient available balance. It is important to remember that we have no control over how many times an intended payee may present the same item for payment. Multiple presentments of the same item will result in multiple fees. Transfers will appear on your periodic statements for each applicable account.

Overdraft Transfer cash advances will be made in $50 increments up to your credit limit less any outstanding balance. You understand that the regular increment amount is subject to change by the Credit Union without notice. If your Visa credit card Account is 30 or more days past due, or over the approved credit limit, Overdraft Transfer Service will not be available until the Account is current. LGFCU may stop offering promotional/intro rates for new balance transfers at any time and without prior notice. You agree to allow 30 days to process your request, pay the amount(s) authorized, and transfer the balances to your LGFCU credit card Account. You may transfer up to your available credit, not to exceed your credit limit authorized by LGFCU. Please continue to make minimum payments on your other credit card(s) until the balance(s) have been transferred. Any overpayments must be refunded by the other institution. Payment of the amount(s) authorized by you may or may not satisfy any outstanding balance(s) on the designated account(s). LGFCU is not responsible for any remaining balance or additional charges with regard to such accounts, or for any charges resulting in any delay in the payment and transfer of balances. LGFCU reserves the right to refuse multiple transfers from the same credit card. At expiration of the promotional/intro rate period, the “APR for purchases,” currently 9.75%, will apply to any remaining balance.

See "Participation in Centralized Contracts" in Appendix B, General Specifications January 2015 22772 Project Based Information Technology Consulting (Statewide). Upon request, all eligible non-State agencies must furnish Contractors with the proper tax exemption certificates and documentation certifying eligibility to use State contracts.   • Interconnection Customer Payments Not Taxable The Parties intend that all payments or property transfers made by the Interconnection Customer to the Participating TO for the installation of the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities and the Network Upgrades shall be non-taxable, either as contributions to capital, or as a refundable advance, in accordance with the Internal Revenue Code and any applicable state income tax laws and shall not be taxable as contributions in aid of construction or otherwise under the Internal Revenue Code and any applicable state income tax laws.

  • Transfer to a safe job (a) Where an employee is pregnant and, in the opinion of a registered medical practitioner, illness or risks arising out of the pregnancy or hazards connected with the work assigned to the employee make it inadvisable for the employee to continue at her present work, the employee will, if the employer deems it practicable, be transferred to a safe job at the rate and on the conditions attaching to that job until the commencement of maternity leave.

  • Subprocessing 1. The data importer shall not subcontract any of its processing operations performed on behalf of the data exporter under the Clauses without the prior written consent of the data exporter. Where the data importer subcontracts its obligations under the Clauses, with the consent of the data exporter, it shall do so only by way of a written agreement with the subprocessor which imposes the same obligations on the subprocessor as are imposed on the data importer under the Clauses. Where the subprocessor fails to fulfil its data protection obligations under such written agreement the data importer shall remain fully liable to the data exporter for the performance of the subprocessor's obligations under such agreement.

  • Direct transport 1. In order for originating goods to maintain their originating status, the goods shall be transported directly between the Parties. 2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1, the following shall be considered to be transported directly from the exporting Party to the importing Party: (a) goods that are transported without passing through the territory of a non-Party; and (b) goods whose transport involves transit through one or more non-Parties, with or without trans-shipment or temporary storage in such non-Parties, under control of the customs authority, provided that the goods do not: (i) enter into trade or commerce there; and (ii) undergo any operation there other than unloading and reloading, repacking, or any operation required to keep them in good condition. 3. Compliance with paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be demonstrated by presenting the following documentation to the customs authority of the importing Party: (a) in the case of transit or trans-shipment, the transportation documents, such as the airway xxxx, the xxxx of lading, or the multimodal or combined transportation document, that certify the transport from the country of origin to the importing country, as the case may be; and (b) in the case of storage, the transportation documents, such as the airway xxxx, the xxxx of lading, or the multimodal or combined transportation document, that certify the transport from the country of origin to the importing country, as the case may be, as well as the documents issued by the customs authority or other competent authority that authorized this operation in accordance with the domestic legislation of the non-Party.

  • Bona Fide Request (BFR) The process described in the UNE Attachment that prescribes the terms and conditions relating to a Party's request that the other Party provides a UNE that it is not otherwise required to provide under the terms of this Agreement.
