Overdraft Advances. If I exceed the balance in my checking account, I understand that you may, at your option, transfer funds from my credit card account in the amount sufficient to cover the amount overdrawn. These transfers will occur provided that it will not exceed the credit limit of my card account. I understand that a fee may be imposed on my checking account for any such transfers. Additional Cards. If I request more than two credit cards with my account, I agree to pay a fee for each additional card. You will notify me of the additional per card fee at the time I make my request.

Overdraft Advances. If, under the authorization given by Borrower in the Funding Bank Agreement or pursuant to this Agreement, Lender debits Borrower’s Operating Account or directs the Funding Bank to honor an item presented against the Operating Account or against the Check Disbursement Account, and that debit or direction results in an overdraft, Lender may make an additional Warehousing Advance to fund that overdraft (“Overdraft Advance”). Borrower must pay (a) the outstanding amount of any Overdraft Advance, within 1 Business Day after the date of the Overdraft Advance, and (b) interest on the amount of the Overdraft Advance, at a rate per annum equal to the Bank One Prime Rate plus 2%, within 9 days after the date of Lender’s invoice or, if applicable, within 2 days after the date of Lender’s account analysis statement.

You can increase the finance charge, annual fee or other charges, impose a transaction fee, change the method of calculating interest or make other changes in this agreement provided you give me prior notice as required by law. You can notify me at the address shown on your records. I understand that unless I exercise my right to opt out, these changes will apply to all balances owing on my account at the time of the change as well as any future balances. I understand that if I opt out, my credit limit will be closed and the outstanding balance will be continue to be paid according to the original terms until it is paid in full. Entire Balance Due. You can require that I pay my entire balance at once if I break a promise or anything else happens which significantly impairs my ability to repay. Change of Address. If I move, I agree to inform you of my new address so you may change your records. Delay in Enforcement. You can delay enforcing any of your rights under this agreement without losing them. Overdraft Advances. In the event we have approved overdraft protection for you, for any overdrafts on a savings or checking account of yours, we will treat the overdraft as a request for a cash advance on your credit line and we will transfer this amount to your overdrawn account. For purposes of this Agreement, an overdraft advance will be treated as a cash advance.
Overdraft Advances. (a) You or any person responsible to us for repayment of your Account may arrange with us to have your Account provide overdraft protection for an eligible UMB checking account in which any of you has an ownership interest. Your Account can only provide overdraft protection for one checking account. At any time and from time to time in its discretion, notwithstanding the occurrence of a Default or an Event of Default, the Issuing Lender may notify the Administration Agent that the Issuing Lender wishes each of the Lenders to provide its Lender’s Proportion of such Overdraft Advances, in which case the Administration Agent shall forthwith notify each of the Lenders of such Lender’s Proportion and each such Lender shall thereupon provide to the Administration Agent, for the account of the Issuing Lender, such Lender’s Proportion of the then outstanding Overdraft Advances. Each such amount so provided in the case of Overdraft Advances by each such Lender shall be deemed to be a Prime Rate Advance (in respect of Canadian Dollars) or a Base Rate Advance (in respect of US Dollars) under the Operating Facility in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement to the same extent as if the Operating Borrower had issued a Borrowing Notice in respect thereof (and for such purposes any notice provisions or minimum amounts of such Advances otherwise referred to in this Agreement shall be disregarded). Overdraft Advances. If, after the close of business on any Banking Day, any banking account of the Borrowers with the Lender is determined by the Lender to have an Overdraft, the Lender, in its sole discretion on each and any such occasion may (and is hereby irrevocably authorized by the Borrowers to), but is not obligated to, make an advance under any of the Revolving Loans to the Borrowers in a principal amount equal to any such Overdraft as of the close of business on such Banking Day.
