Overage Charges. If your actual usage of the Cloud Service during the measurement period exceeds the entitlement stated on the XxX portion of the Order Document, then you will be invoiced for the overage, as set forth in the Order Document.

If Customer is provisioned within a given quarter, overage will be prorated accordingly.
