Overage Charges. If your actual usage of the Cloud Service during the measurement period exceeds the entitlement stated on the XxX portion of the Order Document, then you will be invoiced for the overage, as set forth in the Order Document.
Overage Charges. If the Customer’s actual metrics during the billing cycle exceed the quantity ordered, then Customer will be invoiced monthly for the overage. Overages will be invoiced as set forth in the Transaction Document.

Overage Charges. The SaaS OEM interface may allow Customer to provision additional SaaS in excess of Customer’s Entitlement. If Customer’s actual usage of SaaS during the Subscription Period exceeds the Entitlement, then Customer may be billed overage charges as described in the SaaS Terms of Use and agrees to pay for such overage charges.

If Customer is provisioned within a given quarter, overage will be prorated accordingly.

Overage Charges. Cloud Product pricing includes sufficient bandwidth for normal usage of Cloud Products. In the case of excessive network bandwidth usage by Purchaser, Seller reserves the right to charge Purchaser overage charges in an amount determined by Seller. Some of the Cloud Products have usage limits defined per Sales Agreement. Purchaser will be responsible for all overage amounts.
