Over/Under Loads. Full-time members having workloads in excess of twelve (12) load credits in any semester shall have an appropriately reduced load within the next three (3) semesters to assure an average workload of twelve (12) load credits. Similarly, full-time members having workloads of less than twelve (12) load credits in any semester that is not due to compensation for prior overloads can have an appropriately increased workload within the next three (3) semesters. A full-time member may not be provided a modified load within three (3) semesters until at least three (3) excess load credits have been accumulated. Full-time members leaving the bargaining unit with accumulated overload or underload will not be paid for overload nor be asked to reimburse the State for underload. The single exception to the foregoing shall be overload compensation at the appropriate part-time rate for those full-time members who were part-time members in the semester preceding their full-time employment and return to part-time member status in the term following their full-time service, provided the term of full-time service is not more than two (2) years. At the time of scheduling for each semester, department chairpersons shall submit all proposed overloads for the approval of the appropriate academic Xxxx.

A full-time member may not be provided a modified load within three (3) semesters until at least three (3) excess load credits have been accumulated. Members on special appointment who leave full-time status with an accumulated overload shall be compensated at the maximum allowable part-time rate, but shall not be required to reimburse the University for an accumulated underload. Switched Exchange Access Service traffic is not Tandem Transit Traffic.

  • Under-Frequency and Over Frequency Conditions The New York State Transmission System is designed to automatically activate a load- shed program as required by the NPCC in the event of an under-frequency system disturbance. Developer shall implement under-frequency and over-frequency relay set points for the Large Generating Facility as required by the NPCC to ensure “ride through” capability of the New York State Transmission System. Large Generating Facility response to frequency deviations of predetermined magnitudes, both under-frequency and over-frequency deviations, shall be studied and coordinated with the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Good Utility Practice. The term “ride through” as used herein shall mean the ability of a Generating Facility to stay connected to and synchronized with the New York State Transmission System during system disturbances within a range of under-frequency and over-frequency conditions, in accordance with Good Utility Practice and with NPCC Regional Reliability Reference Directory # 12, or its successor.

  • Unbundled Loop Modifications (Line Conditioning 2.5.1 Line Conditioning is defined as routine network modification that BellSouth regularly undertakes to provide xDSL services to its own customers. This may include the removal of any device, from a copper Loop or copper Sub-loop that may diminish the capability of the Loop or Sub-loop to deliver high-speed switched wireline telecommunications capability, including xDSL service. Such devices include, but are not limited to, load coils, excessive bridged taps, low pass filters, and range extenders. Excessive bridged taps are bridged taps that serves no network design purpose and that are beyond the limits set according to industry standards and/or the XxxxXxxxx XX 00000.
