Over-The Telephone Verbal Language Interpretation. The minimum charge for over-the-telephone verbal language interpretation services shall be billed at five (5) minutes. This five (5) minute minimum charge shall be billed by the Contractor as a “5 minute Minimum Charge for Over-The-Telephone Verbal Language Interpretation Services”. Subsequent charges shall be per minute increments. *On-line services such as on Zoom, WebEx or other video conferencing apps shall be charged as over-the telephone.
