Over-the-Counter Check Presentation. You agree that we may impose a fee as set forth in the Fee Schedule on the payee or other holder of a check or other item drawn against your account(s) that is presented for payment over-the-counter (in-person or otherwise) at the Credit Union rather than being deposited in an account at another institution and presented for payment through the check collection system. You also agree that as a condition precedent to honoring any item drawn against your account(s) that is presented for payment over-the-counter (in-person or otherwise), we shall have the right to request and require a fingerprint, thumbprint or other verification information from the individual(s) presenting the item(s), and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims associated with our refusal to honor any such item(s) when the individual(s) presenting such item(s) refuse our requests.
