  • Loan Expenses Borrower agrees to pay all of the Loan Expenses. Any Loan Expenses paid by Lender shall bear interest commencing on the date demand for repayment thereof is made by Lender until repaid to Lender at the Default Rate and shall be paid by Borrower upon demand, or may be paid by Lender at any time by disbursement of proceeds of the Loan. Any Loan Expenses paid by Lender shall be reimbursed to Lender by Borrower regardless of whether there shall be any disbursements of the Loan.

  • Closing Expenses The Borrower agrees to pay or reimburse the Administrative Agent and the Lenders for all of their reasonable and documented out of pocket costs and expenses (including the reasonable and documented fees and expenses of Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxx LLP, special counsel to the Administrative Agent) in connection with the negotiation, preparation, execution and delivery of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents and the making of the Term Loan.

  • Moving Expenses If Employer relocates its principal office more than 100 miles from its current principal office, or requests that Employee relocate to one of its offices which is more than 100 miles from its current principal office, and Employee consents to relocate to that new location, Employer shall promptly pay or reimburse Employee for all reasonable moving expenses incurred by Employee in connection with the relocation plus an amount to reimburse Employee for any federal and state income taxes that it has to pay on amounts reimbursed.   • COMPENSATION; EXPENSES (a) In consideration of the foregoing, the Advisor shall pay the Sub-advisor, with respect to the Fund, a fee as specified in Appendix B hereto. Such fees shall be accrued by the Advisor daily and shall be payable monthly in arrears on the first business day of each calendar month for services performed hereunder during the prior calendar month.
