Common use of Outstanding Debt Clause in Contracts

Outstanding Debt. 4 CONTRACTOR shall have no outstanding debt with COUNTY, or shall be in the process 5 of resolving outstanding debt to ADMINISTRATOR’s satisfaction, prior to entering into and 6 during the term of this Agreement.
