Common use of Outstanding Bonds Clause in Contracts

Outstanding Bonds. Upon the delivery of this Sixtieth Supplemental Indenture, Bonds of the Sixty-first Series in an aggregate principal amount of $90,000,000 are to be issued and will be Outstanding, in addition to $2,021,700,000 aggregate principal amount of bonds of prior series Outstanding at the date of delivery of this Sixtieth Supplemental Indenture.

Outstanding Bonds. Upon the delivery of this Sixtieth Sixty-sixth Supplemental Indenture, Bonds of the Sixty-first seventh Series in an aggregate principal amount of $90,000,000 400,000,000 are to be issued and will be Outstanding, in addition to $2,021,700,000 2,557,200,000 aggregate principal amount of bonds of prior series Outstanding at the date of delivery of this Sixtieth Sixty-sixth Supplemental IndentureIndenture (which aggregate principal amount includes $250,000,000 in principal amount of the First Mortgage Bonds, 5.125% Series due 2022, that mature April 1, 2022); it being understood that, subject to the provisions of the Mortgage, there shall be no limit on the principal amount of bonds that may be authenticated and delivered under the Mortgage.

Outstanding Bonds. Upon the delivery of this Sixtieth Sixty-fifth Supplemental Indenture, Bonds of the Sixty-first sixth Series in an aggregate principal amount of $90,000,000 140,000,000 are to be issued and will be Outstanding, in addition to $2,021,700,000 2,417,200,000 aggregate principal amount of bonds of prior series Outstanding at the date of delivery of this Sixtieth Sixty-fifth Supplemental Indenture; it being understood that, subject to the provisions of the Mortgage, there shall be no limit on the principal amount of bonds that may be authenticated and delivered under the Mortgage.

Upon the delivery of this Sixtieth Fifty-ninth Supplemental Indenture, Bonds of the Sixty-first Sixtieth Series in an aggregate principal amount of $90,000,000 175,000,000 are to be issued and will be Outstanding, in addition to $2,021,700,000 1,846,700,000 aggregate principal amount of bonds of prior series Outstanding at the date of delivery of this Sixtieth Fifty-ninth Supplemental Indenture.

Upon the delivery of this Sixtieth Sixty-fourth Supplemental Indenture, Bonds of the Sixty-first fifth Series in an aggregate principal amount of $90,000,000 165,000,000 are to be issued and will be Outstanding, in addition to $2,021,700,000 2,304,200,000 aggregate principal amount of bonds of prior series Outstanding at the date of delivery of this Sixtieth Sixty-fourth Supplemental Indenture; it being understood that, subject to the provisions of the Mortgage, there shall be no limit on the principal amount of bonds that may be authenticated and delivered under the Mortgage.
