Common use of Outstanding ADRs Clause in Contracts

Outstanding ADRs. As of the Effective Time, ADRs issued prior to or subsequent to the Effective Time (including, without limitation, the terms of each ADS issued prior to or subsequent to the Effective Time), which do not reflect the amendments and changes to the form of ADR effected hereby, are hereby deemed amended to reflect such changes to the form of ADR effected hereto and to conform to the form of ADR set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto, and do not need to be called in for exchange and may remain outstanding until such time as the Holders thereof choose to surrender them for any reason under the Deposit Agreement.
