Outsourcing. 28.1. The Company provides its Clients with trading services using an internet based trading system. The Company has outsourced the development, physical hosting, maintenance and updating of its online Trading Platform to a foreign entity. The Company’s Clients will not have any direct contact with this entity and the Company will take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of all the data regarding the identity of its Clients. The Client hereby acknowledges and accepts the fact that the Company outsources such activities.
Outsourcing. Licensee may sub-license use of the Software to a third party outsourcing or facilities management contractor to operate the Software on Licensee's behalf, provided that (a) Licensee provides Adobe with prior written notice; (b) Licensee is responsible for ensuring that any such contractor agrees to abide by and fully complies with the terms of this Agreement as they relate to the use of the Software on the same basis as applies to Licensee; (c) such use is only in relation to Licensee's direct beneficial business purposes as restricted herein; (d) such use does not represent or constitute an increase in the scope or number of licenses provided hereunder; and (e) Licensee shall remain fully liable for any and all acts or omissions by the contractor related to this Agreement.

Outsourcing. The Grantee certifies that it has identified to the Division all jobs related to the Contract that have been outsourced to other countries, if any. The Grantee further agrees that it will not outsource any such jobs during the term of this Contract without providing notice to the Division.
Outsourcing. 11.9 We shall have the right to outsource or sub-contract any part of Our operations to such third party (including but not limited to any party outside Singapore) on such terms and for such scope as We deem fit in Our sole discretion.
Outsourcing. Notwithstanding anything in Sections 6.1 or 6.2, the General Partner shall be authorized to outsource its responsibilities under Sections 6.1 and 6.2 to The Burlington Capital Group, LLC or another third party approved in advance by the Limited Partner.
