Outside Service Bureau Contracts. If requested to do so by Xxxxxx Bancorp, Innes Street shall use its best efforts to obtain an extension of any contract with an outside service bureau or other vendor of services to Innes Street, on terms and conditions mutually acceptable to Innes Street and Xxxxxx Bancorp;
Outside Service Bureau Contracts. If requested to do so by Patriot, use its best efforts to obtain an extension of any contract with an outside service bureau or other vendor of services or any Subsidiary, on terms and conditions mutually acceptable to each party;
Outside Service Bureau Contracts. If requested to do so by Niagara Bancorp, CNYF shall use its best efforts to obtain an extension of, or termination of, any contract with an outside service bureau or other vendor of services to CNYF, on terms and conditions mutually acceptable to CNYF and Niagara Bancorp;

If requested to do so by -------------------------------- Sovereign, use its reasonable best efforts to obtain an extension of any contract with an outside service bureau or other vendor of services to Peoples or any Peoples Subsidiary, on terms and conditions mutually acceptable to Peoples and Sovereign;

If requested to do so by Franklin, use its reasonable best efforts to obtain an extension or early termination of any contract with an outside service bureau or other vendor of services to Xxxxxx, on terms and conditions mutually acceptable to Xxxxxx and Franklin, but nothing in this Section 4.11(a)(v) shall be construed as obligating Xxxxxx to terminate any contract or arrangement;
Outside Service Bureau Contracts. If requested to do so by Alliance Bancorp, SWB shall use its best efforts to obtain an extension of any contract with an outside service bureau or other vendor of services to SWB, on terms and conditions mutually acceptable to SWB and Alliance Bancorp;
Outside Service Bureau Contracts. If requested to do so by Sovereign, use its reasonable best efforts to obtain an extension of any contract with an outside service bureau or other vendor of services to ML or any ML Subsidiary, on terms and conditions mutually acceptable to ML and Sovereign;
Outside Service Bureau Contracts. If requested to do so by Sound Federal Bancorp, PFC shall use its best efforts to obtain an extension of any contract with an outside service bureau or other vendor of services to PFC, on terms and conditions mutually acceptable to PFC and Sound Federal Bancorp;
Outside Service Bureau Contracts. If requested to do so by Cheviot Financial, First Franklin shall use its best efforts to obtain an extension of any contract with an outside service bureau or other vendor of services to First Franklin, on terms and conditions mutually acceptable to First Franklin and Cheviot Financial;
Outside Service Bureau Contracts. If requested to do so by Sovereign, use its reasonable efforts to obtain an extension of any contract with an outside service bureau or other vendor of services to First Essex or any First Essex Subsidiary, on terms and conditions mutually acceptable to First Essex and Sovereign;
