Common use of Outside Rentals Clause in Contracts

Outside Rentals. As compensation for all work performed outside the recognized hours of work as set forth in this Agreement, whether by way of overtime worked or work performed commencing at a time other than the beginning of a regular shift as defined in Article 10 - Overtime, Clause 10.02 – Overtime Defined, for outside rentals, employees shall be paid at the overtime rate and receive such payment on their regular pay cheque, which is received after such overtime has been reported.
