Outside Catering. 7.1 Should an outside caterer be used for specialised dietary requirements such as Kosher or Halaal catering or any other approved reason for the entire function, a surcharge of R250.00 per person for 2019 (including children and subject to an annual increase effective in January of every year) will apply. Please speak to your coordinator regarding the options available. A procedure for Outside Caterers has been put in place and it is essential for these Suppliers to adhere to the Xxxxxxx Haven Code of Conduct. In addition, a R2500.00 refundable deposit will be charged for use of the kitchen.
Outside Catering. 6.1 £500.00 security deposit is required and is to be paid 1 month prior to the event, this must be paid by you via credit or debit card. Catering providers are to be an approved supplier to the hotel. If clients are considering a caterer not on our preferred supplier list, we will require: • Copy of the Public Liability & Employer Liability insurance document – and to indicate a min of 10M cover, to comply with our own insurance. • A copy of the most recent EHO inspection document with rating. • A copy of the current HACCP document indicating as a minimum all delivery and transportation, cooking, refrigeration, storage, production, hot and cold holding procedures, temperature requirements. • Allergens matrix either full or for the dishes that will be served at the event and signed by the Caterer. This can be completed on site before the event starts (on the day of the event). A template is available on the FSA (Food Standards Agency) website to download. • A copy of the Food safety qualification for the individual who is leading the food production/service on site at the Hotel (on the day of the event). Not until ALL the above information has been provided, checked and is satisfactory, will an outside caterer be given authority to provide food to any Hotel.

Compliance with Government hospitality policies is essential at all times. The Supplier shall be responsible for the provision of all equipment to perform the Service. If the food is produced offsite then this shall be undertaken from premises that have been fully vetted, registered and approved by the relevant Contracting Body prior to commencing the Service. Pricing shall be via Disbursement (food, labour & overhead).

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities The Connecting Transmission Owner will design, construct, own, operate, and maintain all Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, except as otherwise stated above and in the Project Specific Specifications. The Connecting Transmission Owner will complete all engineering reviews, field verifications and witness testing, etc. in accordance with the ESBs and the Project Specific Specifications. Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the revenue metering CT/PT units and meter check socket enclosure. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall:  provide, run, and wire both ends of the color-coded cable for the revenue metering instrument transformer secondary wiring;  perform all terminations; and  supply and install the meter. The revenue meter may require a communications link to the RTU. The Connecting Transmission Owner will specify and run those communications cables. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall complete all wiring, testing and commissioning of the RTU.
