The Outreach Plan clause defines the requirements and expectations for how outreach activities will be conducted under the agreement. It typically outlines the specific strategies, channels, and timelines that must be followed to promote a product, service, or initiative, and may require the submission of a detailed plan for approval. This clause ensures that both parties are aligned on outreach efforts, providing structure and accountability to maximize the effectiveness of promotional activities and avoid misunderstandings.
Outreach Plan. The Design-Builder shall keep the Department informed of the construction activities and their potential impact on the community and shall develop a community outreach plan (the “Outreach Plan”). The Design-Builder shall submit the Outreach Plan to the Department prior to its implementation which shall be subject to the Department’s review and approval.
Outreach Plan. Contractor shall provide a plan that includes a local, grassroots approach to reaching the least likely to respond with specific strategies, tactics and timeline(s), as well as description of specific collaboration(s), partnership(s), and leveraging of resources to achieve the highest self-response rate on the census 2020 questionnaire. 1. Outreach Plan. The City Contractor will develop an outreach plan in consultation with the PDT and agency outreach professionals over the course of two PDT meetings. The Outreach Plan will be a guide for the approach to public materials, and engagement and outreach and will contain a stakeholder register with contact information and touchpoints with various stakeholders. Upon completion of the first part of the vision strategy, City Contractor will lead the PDT through a reevaluation of the outreach strategy to consider revising outreach activities that will address identified shortcomings City Contractor will organize and attend outreach events in person and online.

Outreach Plan. The Program Consultant will develop and implement an Outreach Plan, which will be designed to provide updated information to the general public. Components of the Outreach Plan will include: Creation, development, implementation and update of a MAPS 3 Web Site, which will be accessed through The City of Oklahoma City’s web site; Creation, development and update of a Fact Sheet in digital format which can also be produced in hard copy; Creation, development and update of electronic/digital media news formats for Facebook and Twitter and other formats which may serve to inform the general public, The Program Consultant will also develop and implement a plan for program enhancement and branding which will include developing public relations, strategies, ideas and initiatives as well as a MAPS 3 brand which will unify the graphic presentation, treatment and guidelines used in all MAPS 3 communications, signage, print and digital presentations. The Program Consultant will also develop two or three key messages to provide direction and definition of the MAPS 3 brand.
