Outgoing Visits. All classified visits require advance notification to, and approval of, the place being visited. When it becomes necessary for employees of Patriot Enterprises to visit other cleared contractors or Government agencies and access to classified information is anticipated, employees must notify the FSO and provide the contractor or agency to be visited, the time and duration of visit, the reason for the visit, and the person to be contacted. Ample time must be allowed to permit the visit authorization request to be prepared, submitted via DISS to the contractor/agency, and processed by their visitor control.‌

  • CAISO Scheduling Coordinator Charge The CAISO Scheduling Coordinator Charge for each Unit shall be the product of $0.31 and the Unit’s Billable MWh for the Billing Month.

  • Quit Rent & Other Outgoings a. Subject to Clause 8(c) above, any arrears of quit rent, assessments and service/maintenance charges and any other outgoings which may be lawfully due to the Developer and/or the relevant authorities up to the date of successful sale of the subject property shall be borne out of the purchase money provided that the Purchaser shall extract a copy of such bills and request for payment from the Assignee/Bank within 90 days from the date of the sale. Any such sums due and payable after the date of sale shall be borne by the Purchaser absolutely.
