Outgoing Transfers. For Outgoing Transfers, funds will be debited from your Internal Account on the Business Day for which you request the Transfer to be made (the “Scheduled Date”), and typically will be credited to the External Account on the second to third Business Day after the Transfer’s Scheduled Date.

Outgoing Transfers. An amount may be transferred to an eligible deferred compensation plan maintained by another employer, and charged to a Participant’s or Beneficiary’s Account under this Plan, if:
Outgoing Transfers. Subject to the requirements of Code section 457(e)(10), and Treasury Regulations thereunder, and the procedures established by the Plan Administrator, an Account may be transferred to another eligible deferred compensation plan if such transfer complies with the requirements set forth in subsection (1), (2) or (3) below:
Outgoing Transfers. You may cancel or modify any scheduled one time or recurring transfers if you do so within one business day prior to the scheduled transaction processing date. A transfer cannot be cancelled or modified once it is in process. You understand that if your request to cancel or amend our transfer is received after such transfer has been processed by us, you understand and agree that your request to stop payment, recall or amend the transfer will be effective only with the voluntary consent of the receiving financial institution. If the receiving financial institution confirms that the funds are returnable and agrees to do so, and if and when the subject funds are returned to us, we will make them available once the funds have been settled with the other financial institution. You understand that the amount that is returned may be less than was originally transferred because the entire amount transferred may not have been available for return and/or service charges from the receiving financial institution.
Outgoing Transfers. 7.1. You have the option to transfer the Funds to a bank account or – depending on the due diligence level of your Card – to another Card. In this case you must nominate a bank account or Card to which any Funds should be transferred.

  • Permitted Transfers The provisions of Section 8.1 shall not apply to (a) a transfer or an assignment of this Lease in connection with the sale of substantially all the original Tenant’s assets if: (I) such sale of assets occurs on an arms’-length basis, to an unrelated third party, and is for a bona fide business purpose and not primarily to transfer Tenant’s interest in this Lease; and (II) upon the consummation of the transfer or assignment, the transferee or assignee is, in the sole, but reasonable determination of Landlord (and its lender, if applicable), capable of satisfying all of Tenant’s obligations hereunder; (b) an assignment of this Lease to a successor to Tenant by merger, consolidation, reorganization or similar corporate restructuring or to an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, Tenant; or (c) a subletting of the Premises or any part thereof. In the case of an assignment or sublease that is expressly permitted pursuant to (a) or (c) of this Section 8.3, Tenant shall nevertheless be required to provide Landlord with notice of such assignment or sublease and a true and complete copy of the fully-executed documentation pursuant to which the assignment or sublease, as applicable, has been effectuated within ten (10) business days after the effective date of such assignment or sublease. Any permitted transferee under (a) of this Section 8.3 shall execute and deliver to Landlord any and all documentation reasonably required by Landlord in order to evidence assignee’s assumption of all obligations of Tenant hereunder and to evidence the assignee’s compliance (or ability to comply) with (a)(II) above. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section 8.3, in no event may Tenant assign, mortgage, transfer, pledge or sublease this Lease to any entity whatsoever if, at the time of such assignment, mortgage, transfer, pledge or sublease, a Default has occurred and remains continuing under this Lease.

  • Returned Transfers In using the Account to Account Transfer Service, you understand transfers may be returned for various reasons such as, but not limited to, the External Account number is not valid. We will use reasonable efforts to research and correct the transfer to the intended Account or void the transfer and credit your Account from which you attempted to transfer funds. You may receive notification from us.

  • Shift Transfers An employee who wishes to work on a shift other than the shift assigned to him by the Company, may make application in accordance with the terms of this Section:

  • Refused Transfers We reserve the right to refuse any transfer. As required by applicable law, we will notify you promptly if we decide to refuse to transfer funds.

  • Administrative Transfers The District reserves the right to transfer personnel as conditions may require. Seniority and posting shall not apply in an administrative transfer involving two permanent employees. Transfers of this nature will be discussed with the exclusive representative's agent prior to final disposition. Except in the case of an emergency, (as defined by the District), the exclusive representative and the affected employee(s) will be given at least two (2) weeks advance written notice.

Before such transfers are granted, the Employer must determine an actual hardship exists. Because the hardship transfer takes priority over the regular list, the Employer shall advise those on the regular transfer list of the reason for the hardship transfer.

  • F1 Transfer and Sub-Contracting F1.1 Except where F1.4 and F1.5 applies, the Contractor shall not assign, sub- contract or in any other way dispose of the Contract or any part of it without prior Approval. Sub-contracting any part of the Contract shall not relieve the Contractor of any of its obligations or duties under the Contract.
