Outer Elevation. The Owner or the Developer shall not permit the Purchaser or any of the other purchasers of Units (hereafter collectively the "Co-Owners") to do anything whereby the outer appearance of the Building or enjoyment by any of the Co-Owners of the Common Portions is prejudicially affected.
